After spending several years in early access during a tumultuous development process that saw the game's story go through dramatic rewrites and writer changes, the game's release was mostly well-received despite some key differences from the original. Subnautica: Below Zero is the arctic-themed ocean exploration sequel to the indie hit Subnautica developed and published by Unknown Worlds. Subnautica: Below Zero players can now construct a Seatruck Dock for their vehicle, create custom game modes with hand-tailored gameplay options, and will hopefully encounter far fewer bugs thanks to a new round of polishing. Subnautica: Below Zero has rolled out a major free update, What The Dock, which adds some important new features and gameplay content.
